1. Software Requirement

All templates, workflows, and systems provided are specifically designed for use with Replo, a third-party Shopify page builder.
It is clearly stated throughout the product page, checkout, and educational materials that Replo is required for functionality.
You are responsible for installing Replo (free or paid plan) to utilize the resources as intended.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, documentation, and video assets provided are the intellectual property of Daydreamers. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any material outside your personal or internal business use.

3. Account Access

Access to digital products may be limited to the email and platform provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to enter accurate information and maintain access to your account.

4. Use License

Purchasing this product grants you a non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business or client work. Unauthorized resale or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Return & Refund Policy

No Refunds – All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of the products and immediate access to downloadable files, all sales are final and non-refundable.

This includes—but is not limited to—cases where:

You did not realize Replo is required to use the templates.
You did not watch the onboarding or setup videos.
You changed your mind or no longer want the product.

We make it explicitly clear that these products are built for Replo. If you do not use Replo, the templates will not function as intended. It is your responsibility to review this requirement prior to purchase.
